Instructions
- Prepare the Soft-Boiled Eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then place them in an ice bath.
- Cook the Udon Noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and chopped scallions in a skillet with melted butter until fragrant.
- Add chopped kimchi and sauté until warmed through.
- Toss the cooked udon noodles with the kimchi mixture and soy sauce until well coated.
