Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: chop the beef, mince the garlic, and wash the potatoes.
- Optional: Brown the beef in a skillet for extra flavor.
- Layer the beef at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the potatoes, garlic, and butter.
- Sprinkle herbs on top and pour in the beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for beef tenderness and serve hot with fresh herbs as garnish.
