Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 3/4 cup raspberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the almond extract.
- Gradually add in the flour, mixing until well combined.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop out tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and make an indentation in the center.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry preserves.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
