Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Shred or chop the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Chop the Vegetables: Slice your choice of vegetables into thin strips or small pieces.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Layer the Fillings: On each tortilla, place a generous amount of shredded chicken in the center, add sliced veggies, cheese, and herbs.
- Drizzle with Sauce: Add a few tablespoons of your favorite dressing.
- Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- Slice and Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
