Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups grilled or roasted chicken breast, chopped
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Season raw chicken with salt and pepper; grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before chopping.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and chopped romaine. Toss gently.
