Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened unsalted butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the freshly grated orange zest and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add in all-purpose flour and cranberries, mixing carefully until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into a log shape or press it into a square pan, then slice or score before baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan briefly before transferring to a wire rack. Serve at room temperature.
