Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Lay out your egg roll wrappers on a clean surface; keep a small bowl of water nearby.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with a dab of water.
  4. In a large skillet, heat about an inch of oil over medium heat. Test by dropping a small piece of bread to check if it’s ready.
  5. Carefully place a few egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Serve with additional ranch or blue cheese dip and enjoy!
