Ingredients
- Ritz Crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup finely diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced turkey or ham (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finely chop vegetables and slice meats if using.
- Spread a generous amount of herbed cream cheese on a Ritz cracker, layer vegetables or meats, then top with another cracker.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy the sandwiches as they are or get creative with different fillings!
Notes
For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Avoid overstuffing to maintain cracker crispness.
