Delicious bite-sized cheeseballs made with creamy cheese, fresh herbs, and crunchy nuts—a perfect snack for gatherings or family dinners.

  • Total Time: 60 minutes
  • Yield: 24 bites

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (chives, dill, parsley)
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • Optional Spices (paprika, crushed red pepper flakes)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the shredded cheese and minced garlic. Stir in your freshly chopped herbs until evenly combined.
  2. Use your hands to form small, equal-sized balls, about one inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Roll each cheeseball in the chopped nuts until well-coated.
  4. Refrigerate the bites for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve on a platter with an assortment of crackers and fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing for a smooth blend. It’s important to let the mixture chill sufficiently before rolling.
