Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (chives, dill, parsley)
- 1 cup Nuts, chopped (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- Optional Spices (paprika, crushed red pepper flakes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the shredded cheese and minced garlic. Stir in your freshly chopped herbs until evenly combined.
- Use your hands to form small, equal-sized balls, about one inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each cheeseball in the chopped nuts until well-coated.
- Refrigerate the bites for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on a platter with an assortment of crackers and fresh veggie sticks.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing for a smooth blend. It’s important to let the mixture chill sufficiently before rolling.
