Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets. Dice the bacon and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, add the diced bacon over medium heat and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain, leaving some drippings in the pan.
  4. Add butter to the skillet; once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender yet crisp.
  6. Return the crispy bacon to the skillet and mix well to combine.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with extra pepper or red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
