Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (regular or low-fat)
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced (or frozen/canned if out of season)
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash and slice the fresh peaches.
- Blend the Greek yogurt, sliced peaches, honey or agave syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or paper cups and insert sticks if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Remove the bars from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
Fold in additional peach chunks before freezing for extra texture.
