- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Green Beans: Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath.
- Mix the Other Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine feta, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Dress the Salad: Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice, then drizzle over the green bean mixture.
- Add Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
