- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and truffle oil. Mix until well-blended.
- Wrap each shrimp in a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary, and repeat until all shrimp are wrapped.
- Coat each bacon-wrapped shrimp in breadcrumbs, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, best enjoyed warm.
