Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup toffee bits
- Whipped topping, for garnish
Instructions
- If using a homemade graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in caramel sauce until combined.
- Layer the sliced bananas over the bottom of the prepared crust.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bananas in an even layer.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with toffee bits.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the pie to set before serving.
- Garnish with whipped topping and additional toffee bits if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, use dairy-free cream cheese and whipped cream. You can also substitute bananas with other ripe fruits like strawberries or peaches.
