Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • Whipped topping, for garnish

Instructions

  1. If using a homemade graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in caramel sauce until combined.
  3. Layer the sliced bananas over the bottom of the prepared crust.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bananas in an even layer.
  5. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with toffee bits.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the pie to set before serving.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping and additional toffee bits if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free cream cheese and whipped cream. You can also substitute bananas with other ripe fruits like strawberries or peaches.
