Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp jasmine tea, brewed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups green grapes, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Grease a non-stick skillet; cook crepes until golden on both sides. Cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth; stir in brewed jasmine tea and fold in whipped cream.
- Spread the filling over each crepe and scatter chopped grapes. Roll each crepe tightly.
- Chill rolls seam-side down for at least 1 hour, then slice and serve.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by substituting ingredients like using blueberries instead of green grapes. Serve with jasmine tea or sparkling wine.
