Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups green grapes, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease a non-stick skillet; cook crepes until golden on both sides. Cool completely.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth; stir in brewed jasmine tea and fold in whipped cream.
