Instructions
- Pop the Popcorn: Heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, add oil, and pop the kernels until they bloom. Alternatively, pop microwave popcorn according to package instructions.
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate in short bursts, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Combine the Ingredients: Pour the warm white chocolate over the popcorn in a large mixing bowl and gently fold to coat each piece.
- Season and Mix: Sprinkle sea salt and any additional mix-ins, then mix again to meld flavors.
- Cool and Set: Spread the popcorn mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and cool for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Break into pieces and serve immediately.
