Instructions

  1. Pop the Popcorn: Heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, add oil, and pop the kernels until they bloom. Alternatively, pop microwave popcorn according to package instructions.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate in short bursts, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
  3. Combine the Ingredients: Pour the warm white chocolate over the popcorn in a large mixing bowl and gently fold to coat each piece.
