- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the dried cranberries and chopped pecans with the melted chocolate, mixing well.
- Drop mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for about two tablespoons each.
- Sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of sea salt before the chocolate sets.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Ensure chocolate doesn’t overheat when melting. Use roasted nuts for better flavor.
