Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips or bars
- 1 cup roasted and chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries, apricots, or cherries)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring until completely melted.
- Chop the roasted nuts and dried fruits while the chocolate melts.
- Stir in the unsalted butter and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
- Add the chopped nuts and dried fruits, mixing gently.
- Line an 8×8 square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Lift the parchment paper out and cut into squares before serving.
Notes
For nut-free versions, substitute nuts with seeds or rice cereal. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month.
