Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar until combined.
  4. Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and jasmine extract.
  6. Fold in the flour gently until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into prepared ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
