- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon jasmine extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar until combined.
- Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and jasmine extract.
- Fold in the flour gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into prepared ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Cool for a minute before inverting onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
