A quick and easy one-pan Shrimp Stir Fry loaded with fresh vegetables and vibrant flavors, bringing family and friends together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer; cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the same pan, stirring quickly to avoid burning.
  5. Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the shrimp to the pan, add soy sauce, and stir to combine.
  7. Finish with scallions and fresh cilantro, serving over rice or noodles.

Notes

Make sure to prep your ingredients ahead of time as stir-frying goes quickly. Don’t overcrowd the pan for best results.
