- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 8-10 pretzels (for antlers)
- 1 cherry (or a red pepper, for nose)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and freshly chopped herbs.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts.
- Use pretzels as antlers and place the cherry on as the nose.
- Serve on a festive platter with crackers and veggies for dipping.
Notes
Chill the cheese ball for at least an hour before serving to help it hold its shape and enhance flavors.
