Creamy and indulgent pistachio fudge that combines rich sweetness with the nutty crunch of roasted pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add white chocolate chips to the mixture, stirring until melted and creamy.
  4. Fold in chopped pistachios and a splash of vanilla extract. Reserve some pistachios for topping if desired.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top and add a pinch of sea salt.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours or until firm.
  7. Remove from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or coffee for a delightful treat. Can be frozen for up to three months.
