Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Add white chocolate chips to the mixture, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and a splash of vanilla extract. Reserve some pistachios for topping if desired.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Chill in the fridge for at least two hours or until firm.
- Remove from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or coffee for a delightful treat. Can be frozen for up to three months.
