Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls or flatten into disks and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  6. Once firm, dip each cream into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 20-30 minutes.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
