Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (for coating)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Roll small portions of the mixture into balls or flatten into disks and place on the baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Once firm, dip each cream into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
Ensure to chill the creams properly for better shaping and coating. A thicker coat of chocolate enhances the richness.
