- 4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions
- Prep the Peaches: Peel and slice peaches, toss with sugar and cinnamon, and let rest.
- Make the Pudding Base: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; whisk in melted butter and milk until smooth, then add vanilla.
- Combine Peaches and Pudding: Pour pudding batter into greased baking dish, top with peaches and juices, do not mix.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
