Decadent Nutella Cheesecake Bars with a creamy filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until soft. Add sugar, beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in Nutella and vanilla.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set.
  5. Allow to cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes
