Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese until soft. Add sugar, beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in Nutella and vanilla.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for a smoother mixture. Avoid overbaking for a creamy texture.
