Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lay the naan flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously spread tomato sauce over the naan, leaving space at the edges.
- Add mozzarella cheese first, followed by any additional cheeses.
- Top with sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, fresh herbs, or cooked meats.
- Lightly sprinkle dried herbs and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let cool for a minute and sprinkle with fresh basil or arugula before serving.
Notes
