Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over them. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for at least 30 minutes before baking. Avoid overcooking to keep it tender.
