- Incorporate the Gelatin: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture, whisking until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Chill: Pour the mixture into ramekins and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey.
