Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Lemons (zested and juiced)

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over a few tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

  4. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold Together: Gently fold the lemon mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Chill and Set: Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh berries or mint before serving.

Notes

Use fresh lemons for best flavor. Gently fold mixtures to retain volume.
