  • 2-3 scallions (chopped, white and green parts separated)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Chop scallions into small pieces, keeping white and green parts separate.
