A rich and decadent brownie topped with light and fluffy marshmallow frosting, perfect for cozy family moments.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients

  • 8 oz High-quality semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 1½ cups Powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs. Slowly pour in melted chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Prepare the marshmallow frosting by beating together marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar for about five minutes until fluffy.
  7. Spread frosting over cooled brownies, add mini marshmallows or chocolate shavings if desired.
  8. Refrigerate to set frosting, if you can resist diving in right away!
  9. Slice into squares and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Notes

Let the brownies cool completely before frosting to avoid melting. For an extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before serving.
