- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

- 1 cup almonds (raw or toasted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate or milk chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the Coconut Base: Combine shredded coconut, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Press Mixture into the Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
- Add the Almonds: Spread the almonds evenly over the coconut layer.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Pour Chocolate Over: Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut and almond layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Slice and Serve: Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy.
