- 2 cups coconut milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature, drizzling extra coconut milk on top if desired.
