Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup pectin
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing your berries and hulled strawberries.
- Add cleaned berries, sugar, pectin, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the Crockpot and stir gently to combine.
- Set the Crockpot on low and cook for 4-6 hours.
- Stir occasionally during cooking to break down the fruit and ensure even texture.
- Check the jam’s consistency halfway through, and cook longer if a thicker jam is desired.
- Once done, ladle the jam into sterilized jars, leaving space at the top, seal once cool, and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
For the best flavor, allow the jam to rest in the refrigerator for a day before enjoying. Can be frozen for longer storage.
