Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce: In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, a dash of sugar, and a splash of orange juice. Cook for about 10 minutes until cranberries burst. Set aside to cool.
  2. Mix the Meatball Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently.
  3. Form the Meatballs: Use wet hands to form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Cook the Meatballs: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown.
