- 4 whole wheat or flour tortillas
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or basil)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping any fresh herbs and measuring out cranberries and cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the feta, cream cheese, and cranberries until well mixed.
- Spread the filling over 2/3 of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly starting from the filled side.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and chill for 30 minutes if desired.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs and cranberries.
Notes
