  • Total Time: 27
  • Yield: 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, ensuring they are fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, and cranberries.
  6. Drop mounds of cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets, leaving space in between for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter. For gluten-free, use gluten-free all-purpose flour.
