Ingredients
- 2 cups high-quality chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
- 2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
- Optional add-ins: mini marshmallows, crispy rice cereal, dried fruit
Instructions
- Start by gently melting your chocolate using a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, remove from heat and fold in the roasted peanuts, ensuring all peanuts are fully coated in chocolate.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between clusters to allow for spreading.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened completely.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
Notes
Use low heat when melting chocolate to avoid burning. Ensure clusters cool completely before storing.
