Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Fold in the peanuts until fully coated with chocolate.
- Scoop small mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
