Instructions
- Prepare the workspace by laying down wax paper on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Fold in the peanuts gently until evenly coated with chocolate.
- Scoop generous amounts of the mixture onto the prepared wax paper, spacing them out.
- Sprinkle with sea salt while the clusters are still tacky.
- Let the clusters sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container once set.
