Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into smaller pieces before placing them into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder and yogurt to the blender. If you prefer a thinner consistency, pour in ½ cup of milk—add more if needed.
- Blend everything until smooth, adjusting the milk for desired thickness.
- Taste your mixture; if needed, add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie bowl, freeze your bananas beforehand. Make it vegan by substituting yogurt with silken tofu and using almond milk.
