Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the dried cherries into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cherries, bourbon, and ground nuts.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the chocolate in small increments, stirring often.
  4. Stir in corn syrup and powdered sugar into melted chocolate until fully incorporated, then add cherry-nut mixture.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until evenly coated.
  7. Chill on a parchment-lined tray for at least two hours before serving.
