  • Frozen thick-cut fries
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley or oregano, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to package instructions for the frozen fries. Bake until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until browned.
  3. Add ground meat, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
