Ingredients
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce or cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Wash and slice the lettuce and tomatoes while the bacon cooks.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, garlic powder, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the secret sauce on a tortilla. Add bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes on top.
- Fold the sides in and roll up the tortilla tightly from the bottom.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
