Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or thyme), chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using fresh corn, cut the kernels from the cob; if using frozen, thaw and drain moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, melted butter, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the corn mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden and set. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sautéing onions or garlic before mixing them into the batter. Avoid overbaking to ensure a perfect texture.
