- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Slowly incorporate the flour, stirring gently until the dough comes together.
- Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes; roll each cookie in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Cool completely, then roll again in powdered sugar for an extra snowy touch.
- Store in an airtight container.
