Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the orange zest and juice, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture, folding gently.
  5. Fold in the chopped cranberries until evenly distributed.
