Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days. These muffins can also be frozen for future enjoyment.
