- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a nuttier flavor, substitute half the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. You can also use coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
