Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
- Milk or cream to taste

Instructions
- Brew Your Coffee: Use your preferred method to brew a pot of rich coffee.
- Prepare the Butterscotch: Melt 1/4 cup of butter, stir in 1 cup of brown sugar, then add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mug, mix 2 tablespoons of butterscotch sauce with 1 cup of hot coffee.
- Add Milk or Cream: Stir in milk or cream to taste.
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream and extra butterscotch sauce if desired.
Notes
Use freshly ground coffee for the best flavor. Store any leftover butterscotch coffee in the refrigerator for up to three days.
